The project intents to improve living conditions in the town and the district of Capitán Bado and includes:
- 80 km (50 miles) paved all weather road of to link the City of Capitán Bado with Paraguayan national road grid
- water supply, sanitary sewer and sewerage treatment for the City of Capitán Bado (8.100 inhab.)
- implementation of rural power supply based on photovoltaic off grid power generation
- improvment of indigenous land ownership, economic capacity building, reforstestation and implementation of bilingual schools
